The equipment mainly consists of the inclined drum body, crusher main body, hydraulic system, vibrating conveyor, feeding mechanism, lifting and tilting machine, magnetic separator, fan, dust collector, connecting ducts, chimney, and electrical control system.
1.This project is a turnkey project, meeting the following tender requirements (excluding civil works).
2.Crushing Capacity: 6-10 metric tons per hour.
3.Crusher Force Requirements: Upper force greater than 600 kN (60 metric tons); Lower force 4300 kN (430 metric tons).
4.Crushing and Cleaning Effect: The length of gating systems after crushing shall be ≤380mm. The crushed returns must not interlock when charged into the electric furnace, allowing the use of a charging machine for furnace feeding.
5.Crusher Hydraulic Unit: The oil pumps, valves, and cylinders shall be top-tier brands (the bidder must specify the manufacturers in the proposal). The oil tank volume shall be greater than 850 liters. The hydraulic power unit shall be equipped with a water cooling system (including a closed-circuit cooling tower).
5.Cleaning Effect after Inclined Drum Blasting: Remove sand, scale, and other impurities from the returns to expose the base metal color. The cleaning effect must be adjustable and settable according to the buyer's production requirements.
7.Inclined Drum Shot Recycling Rate: The recovery rate for steel shot used in the inclined drum shall be greater than 90%. Complete separation of sand and steel shot must be achieved, with no steel shot remaining in the sand. This requires the use of multi-stage magnetic separation.
